3. Subscriptions, Paywall, and Payments

  • Tamil Oodagam operates on a "Freemium" model. Some articles are free, while others are hidden behind a Paywall and require a paid subscription.

  • Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your financial information.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly/monthly/annual basis depending on your chosen plan.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once the payment is processed, except in cases of technical duplication or unauthorized charges (which must be reported within 7 days).
